Terms of service.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the booking and delivery of "Nematoma Pusė" consultations. By ordering a service you agree to them.

2. Nature of the service

Consultations are self-development and mindfulness conversations. This is NOT medical, psychotherapeutic or psychological help. If you're facing serious emotional or health issues, please reach out to a licensed specialist.

3. Price and payment

You'll receive the exact price via message. Payment is made before the consultation via bank transfer or an agreed method.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Free cancellation — at least 24 hours before the consultation
• Later cancellations or no-shows — payment is non-refundable
• One free reschedule allowed

5. Consultation delivery

Consultations take place remotely (Zoom, Google Meet). You need stable internet, a quiet space and a working camera/microphone. Duration — 60–75 min.

6. Liability

All decisions made after the consultation are your own responsibility. The consultant is not liable for the consequences of your actions. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

Everything shared during a consultation stays between you and the consultant. More on data handling — in the privacy policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.22810, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Once service delivery has begun with prior consent, this right does not apply to the part already performed.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Failing that — under Lithuanian law. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
